4. Reflow welding: its function is to melt the solder paste, so that the surface mounted components and PCB firmly welded together to achieve the electrical performance required by the design and fully in accordance with the international standard curve precision control. The equipment used is reflow welder (automatic infrared/hot air reflow welder), which is located behind the SMT machine in the SMT line.

5. Cleaning: Its function is to remove the substances that affect electrical properties or welding residues that are harmful to human body on the mounted PCB, such as flux, if the use of non-cleaning solder generally can not be cleaned. The cleaning equipment is ultrasonic cleaning machine and special cleaning liquid cleaning, the position can not be fixed, can be online, or not online.

6. Detection: Its function is to test the assembly quality and welding quality of the mounted PCB. The equipment used includes magnifying glass, microscope, online tester (ICT), flying needle tester, automatic optical tester (AOI), X-RAY testing system, function tester, etc. Location According to the inspection needs, the configuration of the production line in the appropriate place.

7. Repair: Its function is to rework and repair the PCB that fails to detect.
